Review for Best Western Plus Gran Hotel Centro Historico in Guadalajara

This hotel offers great value with efficient and friendly staff. the location is ideal, conveniently close to a cinema and a magnificent cathedral, making it easy to explore. Plus, there are various restaurants within walking distance, enhancing the overall experience. the night bar adds an enjoyable touch to the stay.

The staff was very very nice and friendly. From the receptionist to the cleaning ladies they were all very friendly and welcoming. The best was the pool on the roof overlooking the city. The size of the pool was enough to swim and the best was that while I was there no one used it so I had it all to myself!!

What I didnt like was that there was only one plug in in the bathroom otherwise I had to turn of the tv and use that plug in to charge my laptop. And my room was next to the main street so that most nights I couldnt sleep very well because of the horrible noise of the cars or the mariachis!!!

I truly enjoyed this perfect hotel. The room was cheap and fairly quiet with 2 double beds and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Marvellous location so close to the grocery stores and pharmacies and the historic centre, I felt safe. It also was central close to everything. The food was excellent, had variety of options. The stay was absolutely great.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and perfect. It boasts a very central location, conveniently situated near the main sights and popular restaurants like La Chata.

Family room was not what we expected. On arrival tv was broken, ceiling lights did not work - they were fixed promptly but clearly no preparation were made. The room itself was very basic and not worth the money: basic equipment were not available (bed side lights for example) not to mention fridge etc. If you are happy with very basic room with four queen size beds and can negotiate the price this is your place - not a Superior room.

The food here is delicious for every meal, the rooms are newly decorated and quiet with two double beds, and the location is amazing, especially for me.

The room wasnt ready at 3pm and wasnt ready when they gave us ther key. From two elevators, just one was working...After the first problem, everything went fine, room was clean, restaurant was good, location excelent (walkable distance to downtown, bus stop and tequila train station by bus, market, mariachi street, etc)

it was a great looking and perfect hotel in a nice area, just off the restaurant, the touristy downtown area and the grocery stores and pharmacies nearby and city centre.

The rooms have recently been renovated and feature two comfortable double beds.

One of the advantages - newly remodelled and cheap rooms; they included a hairdryer and bath sheets. The location was particularly good, not too far away from Revolution Park. A convenience store and convenience stores were right next door. I truly enjoyed the hotel's night bar.

The stay was excellent. the hotel was perfect and clean with great wi-fi. - the venue had a very central setting in the communicating restaurant. - It was close to the historical centre, the main sights, the cathedral, and the mercado. - the staff were all very attentive and pleasant.

The setting was quite great and favourable within easy reach of an often raucous plaza.

Im used to getting my questions answer fast, and Gran Hotel Los Reyes never answer my questions, till I arrive. This was the only Hotel avaliable, or else I would have stay somewhere else.
